Semi-Regional Tasting Platter     $40

The regional part:

• Boondaroo Walnuts – Natural (Redesdale)
• Olive Branch Preserves – Devilish Date and Lime Pickle (Maldon)
• Axedale Olives – Natural or Garlic & Oregano (Axedale)

The non-regional part:

• A selection of two cheese
• A selection of two-three charcuterie
• A selection of crackers and lavosh

A selection of three cheese with crackers and lavosh

Dip and Pesto Platter     $25

A trio of dips and pesto with crackers and lavosh. Your selection will be derived from:

• Beetroot Dip
• Hommus Dip
• Basil Pesto
• Coriander Pesto
